I have used a few different CRMs and it really depends on what t is that you are looking to get out of it. I have used custom CRMs which were great for my immediate needs but each time I needed to add a new feature it would take days before my programmers could add the feature. Major CRMs such as salesforce are great and offer a ton of tools, the issue is that learning how to use thos tools can take years of... Source: over 4 years ago
