Sprite was born out of frustration.

After years of running a media agency, the pattern became impossible to ignore. Brands pouring more and more budget into Meta and Google chasing diminishing returns. CACs creeping up. Attribution getting murkier. Everyone renting attention from platforms that kept raising the price. And meanwhile, the foundations were being neglected. SEO, content, brand. The compounding assets. The work that builds equity instead of just buying clicks.

The conventional wisdom said SEO was dying, AI Overviews would eat organic traffic, just spend more on ads. But that was exactly backwards. The brands quietly winning weren't the ones with the biggest paid budgets. They were the ones showing up consistently in search, getting cited by LLMs, building topical authority while everyone else was stuck in the bidding war.

The problem was that doing this properly was hard. Existing AI content tools were built for blog farms, not ecommerce. They didn't understand catalogues, collections, or commercial intent. They produced content that was technically fine and commercially useless.
