As answered by people managing Helpview and Hypervector.

What makes your product unique?

Helpview's answer

Helpview turns Notion into a polished help center, documentation site, and embeddable widget. It combines fast search, branded themes, SEO-friendly pages, and analytics in one product, so teams can keep writing in Notion while publishing a much better support experience.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Helpview's answer

Helpview is a strong fit for teams that care about design, clarity, and simplicity. It stands out with polished themes, light and dark modes, clean UI, and an easy no-code setup, making it simple to turn Notion into a help center that looks professional and feels great to use.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Helpview's answer

Helpview is for startups, SaaS companies, agencies, e-commerce brands, and internal teams that use Notion and want a cleaner way to publish and share knowledge.

What's the story behind your product?

Helpview's answer

Helpview started from a problem we saw again and again while designing help centers. Teams were already managing content in Notion, but there was no design-focused way to turn those docs into a polished support experience without extra work. That gap is what led to Helpview.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Helpview's answer

Helpview uses Notion as the content source, Bubble for the admin platform, Framer for the marketing site, and a custom embeddable widget built in TypeScript.
