I came across few notion based services where they ask you to paste your page's public URL & then somehow they get the page data. As of now I am using notion API to get the content of the page, so the user needs to connect notion before I can access their page content which is not the case in services like Potion & helpkit.so . We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 4 years ago
