• Since health food shit is commonly advertised to/by women: do not buy ANYTHING made with tara flour as a protein substitute, it causes liver damage

  It could be a wholly new ingredient that hasn't been used before, and no one talked about it for some reason. That's pretty unlikely though. I think that health.com simply got its facts wrong. Source: about 4 years ago
