The HeadSpin platform is an industry first, providing a powerful, easy-to-use solution that enables development, QA, product, and operations teams to accelerate release cycles, build for complex real-world user environments, and know whenever any component of the system degrades or breaksโwhether at the code, device, or network layerโanywhere in the world.
Since inception, the platformโs extensive on-prem and cloud-hosted global device infrastructure has been expanded with machine learning-driven performance and quality of experience analytics to proactively test and monitor mobile, web, audio and video applications in real-time.

TestComplete is recommended for organizations seeking a reliable UI testing tool that supports both desktop, mobile, and web applications. It is especially beneficial for testers who appreciate the flexibility of choosing from multiple scripting languages or those who prefer a record-and-playback approach. It suits both small teams looking for straightforward solutions and larger enterprises that require more advanced integration and automation capabilities.
Headspin has been an essential part of our testing process from the beginning. We've used it to test everything from mobile sites to native applications and we've found it to be invaluable for both developers and testers. We can run tests on any device from any location in the world, and the bug reporting feature makes it easy to track down and fix errors.
We use Headspin automation to run our functionality tests across multiple browsers and operating systems. We can identify UI misalignment specific to browsers or failures due to incompatibility with a particular browser. The good part is you can automate screenshots and get insights into where the UI of your website is going off. Then we can use the live feature to identify and debug the compatibility issue. We strongly believe customer experience is the key, and that could impede your product growth. With Headspin, we could see improvements in identifying errors before our customers do!
We have been using HeadSpin for a while now, and we're pleased with their services.
Their customer support is available 24x7 and they have helped us many times with any issues or questions we had. They are always up to date with the latest version of browsers, which is something we highly value.
They have a wide selection of browsers and operating systems, which makes it easy for us to identify the issue on our website and solve it in no time.
Based on our record, TestComplete seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I've been working with Selenium and Python for the past two years and I can say I've good enough experience with them about now. One thing that has always bothered me is how much manual work I have to do in order to implement the steps I need my program to make. So I've been thinking of making my own "step recorder", something in the vein of TestComplete. I've been using PyAutoGui too and the thought of crossing... Source: over 3 years ago
SmartBear TestComplete and Ranorex both offer 30-day free trials to try them out. Their suites make it easy to automate desktop apps, but licensing is expensive. Part of what you pay for is being able to write "codeless" tests by recording your mouse and keyboard activity and validating whatever you want on the app. Source: over 4 years ago
