I just started posting them to YouTube last week. I use headliner.app, which auto-generates and auto-posts a video to my YT channel based on when a new episode gets posted to my podcast's RSS feed. Maybe not what you're looking for but there are a couple companies that will automatically post your full episode to youtube when it's published. headliner.app is one and they let you create/choose a template that will be auto updated with episode name too. Source: about 4 years ago
