I just started posting them to YouTube last week. I use headliner.app, which auto-generates and auto-posts a video to my YT channel based on when a new episode gets posted to my podcast's RSS feed. It's nothing crazy but it pulls the title and description from the podcast feed and grabs my channel art. Maybe not what you're looking for but there are a couple companies that will automatically post your full episode to youtube when it's published. headliner.app is one and they let you create/choose a template that will be auto updated with episode name too. Source: over 4 years ago
