HaulHQ is the command center for junk removal and dumpster rental businesses. It's the only software built for both, so whether you're hauling junk, dropping roll-off dumpsters, or doing both, you run it all from one dashboard instead of stitching together generic tools that don't understand your business.

Book jobs, schedule crews, and dispatch your trucks in minutes. Your drivers work from their phones, with no app to download and no training required. Capture leads around the clock with online booking and a 24/7 AI chatbot on your website. Send estimates, collect card payments in the field, and track every dollar back to the job.

HaulHQ is free to start: no credit card, no contract, no per-seat pricing. You only pay $1.50 per completed job and 1.5% on card payments you process through the platform, capped at $149/month per service line no matter how big you grow. Your first 5 jobs are free.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing HaulHQ.app and Nullstack.

What makes your product unique?

HaulHQ.app's answer

HaulHQ is the only platform built for both junk removal and dumpster rental in one tool. Every other option makes you choose: a junk-removal app that can't handle roll-off rentals, a dumpster app that can't handle hauling, or a generic field service tool that understands neither. HaulHQ runs both from one dashboard. And it's free to start with no subscription. You pay $1.50 per completed job and 1.5% on card payments, capped at $149 a month no matter how big you grow. You only pay when you're actually doing the work.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

HaulHQ.app's answer

Two reasons: it fits how hauling actually works, and it doesn't charge you before you've made a dollar. Generic field service tools are built for 50 industries at once, and bolt hauling on as an afterthought, then charge $69 to $349 a month whether you had a busy month or a slow one. HaulHQ is purpose-built for junk removal and dumpster rental, handles both verticals from one place, and costs nothing to start. You pay per completed job, capped at $149 a month. Your crew works from their phones with no app to download, and you can try the full product yourself before you ever sign up.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

HaulHQ.app's answer

Owner-operators and small teams running 1 to 10 trucks in junk removal, dumpster rental, or both. They're hands-on, practical, and skeptical of bloated enterprise software. Most are moving off pen-and-paper, spreadsheets, or a generic field service tool that was never built for hauling. They want something that fits their business, stays out of their way, and doesn't cost a fortune before they've grown into it.

What's the story behind your product?

HaulHQ.app's answer

HaulHQ started because I run a hauling business and couldn't find software that actually fit it. I run Tucson Junk Removal. Every tool I tried was either built for general service but blind to dumpster rentals, built for dumpsters but useless for junk, or a generic field service platform that understood neither and charged a fortune anyway. So I built the tool I wanted: one platform for both sides of the business, priced so it doesn't punish you for a slow month. Tucson Junk Removal runs on HaulHQ every day. It's the proving ground. HaulHQ is early, but every feature in it exists because a real hauling business needed it.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

HaulHQ.app's answer

Next.js (React) for the web app and owner dashboard A progressive web app (PWA) for the field, installable on any phone with no app store download, with offline support for crews Vercel for hosting Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, and real-time updates that power live dispatch and driver tracking) Stripe Connect for in-field and online card payments

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

HaulHQ.app's answer

Tucson Junk Removal (Tucson, AZ)
