I'm not logged in to https://hardcover.app/ right now, perhaps someone can confirm if it allows logging multiple reads. - Source: Hacker News / 17 days ago
I like https://hardcover.app and the team behind it is really responsive to the community. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 month ago
Https://hardcover.app is another choice. It's the one I've been using since right after the second Trump inauguration when I decided to "de-oligarch" as much as possible. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
> why isn't there a letterboxd for books There is. https://hardcover.app I used Letterboxd a lot before kids. I used Goodreads until the Trump inauguration when I de-Amazon'd myself as much as possible (Amazon owns Goodreads). I switched to Hardcover, which is a much better interface. It is as if you have recreated Hardcover.app (https://hardcover.app/@BenHouston3D) - good job! - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago

Thereโs FOSS https://fsnot.es. Looks quite flexible. Exports, iCloud Sync, Deopbox, can also have notes as a Git repo. But big drawback โ Apple ecosystem only. But since it syncs to things other than iOS I think other apps can be used on other platform. Dev has made it clear he will not be able to develop for other platforms. I have not used it a lot (still on Simplenote and exploring). It looks good and itโs open... - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago
I replaced it with fsnotes, when you disable the sidebar and tweak some settings you get the same thing. https://fsnot.es. - Source: Hacker News / almost 4 years ago
