For programming ,apart from tutorials the thing that helps best is practice , If you want to practice then I recommend hackerrank.com to test your understanding of programming concepts.   As for music, I use a spotify premium account to do a remote listening session. It's been my best solution so far. A friend of mine uses watch2gether.com, its a great free option to integrate music and video streaming. It's not ideal for a whole host of reasons, if you ask me, but it IS free and simple.
