Find candidates already hidden in your ATS

Most recruiters waste weeks searching for candidates who already applied to them โ€” months ago, for a different role. Keelzo fixes that.

The moment you post a job, our AI searches your existing pipeline first โ€” past applicants, rejected candidates, talent pool members, and career page visitors. It surfaces the best matches in 22 seconds, with clear scoring and reasons why each candidate fits.

What Keelzo does

AI Candidate Rediscovery โ€” Automatic matching from your existing database the moment a job is posted. Past applicants who fit the new role appear instantly, with match scores and context.

AI Resume Scoring โ€” Every resume scored across 6 dimensions: Skills Match, Experience, Seniority Fit, Industry Match, Education, and Career Stability. Explainable scores you can defend to your hiring manager.

AI Assistants for Recruiters and Candidates โ€” Context-aware assistants that understand the role, the candidate, and your company. Recruiters get help asking better interview questions. Candidates get instant answers about the role.

Auditable Hiring Pipeline โ€” Every action tracked on a timeline. Every candidate notified automatically. No more ghosting, no more "where were we with this person?"

Who uses Keelzo

  • In-house recruiters with 500+ candidates in their ATS
  • Agency recruiters managing candidates across multiple clients
  • TA leads who want defensible shortlists instead of gut-feel resume skims
  • Hiring teams tired of paying for LinkedIn Recruiter when better candidates already applied

Why Keelzo vs traditional ATS

Traditional ATS search is keyword-based and treats past candidates as dead data. Keelzo uses semantic AI matching, recency weighting, and feedback-aware scoring to turn your existing candidate database into an active hiring asset.

Free 14-day pilot. No credit card required.

Analysis of Keelzo

Overall verdict

  • I don't have verified, up-to-date information about Keelzo (keelzo.com) in my training data, so I can't confidently confirm its legitimacy, quality, or reputation. Before using or purchasing from this site, you should independently verify it.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing HackerRank and Keelzo.

What makes your product unique?

Keelzo's answer:

Keelzo searches your existing candidate pipeline first โ€” past applicants, rejected candidates, talent pool members, and career page visitors โ€” before sending you to job boards. Most ATS tools treat past candidates as dead data. Keelzo turns them back into live matches the moment a new role is posted, with explainable AI scoring across 6 dimensions. The result: 22-second rediscovery instead of 30-minute manual searches, and defensible shortlists you can hand to a hiring manager without flinching.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Keelzo's answer:

Traditional ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, and Lever are built around storing candidates. Keelzo is built around resurfacing them. Three differences matter:

  1. Rediscovery happens automatically. The moment you post a job, Keelzo matches it against every past applicant, rejected candidate, and talent pool member in your pipeline โ€” no manual search needed.

  2. Scoring is explainable, not a black box. Every match comes with a 6-dimension breakdown (skills, experience, seniority, industry, education, stability) so you can defend your shortlist to hiring managers.

  3. Built-in AI assistants for both recruiters and candidates. Recruiters get help asking better interview questions. Candidates get instant answers about your role and company, freeing your team from repetitive Q&A.

Plus a 14-day free pilot with no credit card.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Keelzo's answer:

Keelzo is built for three types of recruiters:

  • In-house recruiters at growing companies (50โ€“500 employees) sitting on ATS databases full of forgotten candidates
  • Agency recruiters managing candidates across multiple client engagements who need to resurface past relationships when new requirements come in
  • TA leads and hiring managers who want defensible, explainable shortlists instead of gut-feel resume skims

Keelzo is especially useful for teams that hire frequently, have 500+ candidates accumulated in their pipeline, and are tired of paying for LinkedIn Recruiter when better candidates already applied.

What's the story behind your product?

Keelzo's answer:

Keelzo started after a conversation with a recruiter friend in Bangalore. She had spent 6 weeks trying to fill a senior backend role using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and cold outreach. Nothing was working.

I asked her one question: "How many candidates are in your ATS right now?"

She checked. 847.

Thirty minutes of manual filtering across past applicants, "good but not now" candidates, and career page visitors revealed 11 strong matches she had never looked at. She emailed five of them that night. One is interviewing this week.

Her words: "I've been paying for LinkedIn Recruiter for 2 years and the best candidate was already in my own database."

That conversation made it clear: recruiting isn't broken because there aren't enough candidates. It's broken because the best ones are already in your system, invisible. Keelzo exists to make them visible.

Built from Kochi, India.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Keelzo's answer:

Keelzo is built on a modern web stack with AI/ML at its core

Keelzo is web-based, accessible from any modern browser, and built with security and data privacy as foundational principles.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Keelzo's answer:

  • Keelzo is in early access, working with select recruiters and TA teams across India, UAE, and Singapore who are piloting the platform on real hiring requirements.
