Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing HackerRank and Introzy.

What makes your product unique?

Introzy's answer:

Introzy tracks a referral from the introduction itself, not just from a link click. A forwarded email, a partner link, or a portal submission all become one tracked referral with the partner attached, and that attribution stays on the deal through close and payout. Commissions, including tiers and clawbacks, are calculated on collected revenue and invoiced automatically.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Introzy's answer:

Most partner platforms are built for affiliate links or large channel programs with five-figure contracts. Introzy is built for businesses that grow through personal introductions. Every feature ships on every plan, including the free one, and partner seats are unlimited. Pricing follows referral volume, starting at $29 per month, so a small firm can run a real partner program without a sales call.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Introzy's answer:

Agencies, law firms, MSPs, nonprofits, and other service businesses whose best new clients arrive through introductions. Also companies that run a partner program and want attribution and commissions handled without a spreadsheet.

What's the story behind your product?

Introzy's answer:

Every business the founder, Kevin Chern, built grew the same way: someone who trusted him introduced him to someone who needed him. None of those businesses had a system for it, so referrals lived in inboxes and memory, and the person who made the intro often never heard what happened. Introzy was built so a company can get more referrals and manage them with less work, while keeping the human part of a referral from getting lost.
