thinkhumble.in's answer:
At ThinkHumble, weโve built something radically different from traditional assessment tools. Our platform doesnโt rely on outdated MCQs or static question banks. Instead, we use Generative AI to create real-world, cheat-proof assessments that adapt to each candidate โ no human SMEs needed. We focus on skills, not resumes, and deliver deep performance insights that hiring teams can act on instantly. Whether youโre hiring developers or business analysts โ or even training students โ ThinkHumble helps you make faster, fairer, and smarter decisions. Most platforms still ask candidates to pick the right option from a list. We ask them to solve real problems โ just like they would on the job. ThinkHumble is the only platform where AI builds, evaluates, and adapts tests in real-time, eliminating manual effort and bias. We give you deep skill analytics, not surface-level scores, and we cover tech and non-tech roles alike. If you're tired of hiring guesswork and bad fits, weโre your competitive edge. This isn't just a tool โ it's a smarter way to build your team.
thinkhumble.in's answer:
Our primary audience includes hiring teams, talent leaders, and academic institutions who are done settling for outdated, inefficient methods of skill evaluation. On one side, we work with startups to large enterprises looking to hire smarter โ they need to identify the right talent faster, without relying on resumes or gut feelings. On the other side, we partner with universities and training providers who want to offer their learners industry-ready, AI-driven assessment experiences that go beyond rote learning. They all share one thing: they care about real skills, fair evaluation, and building future-ready talent pipelines. Thatโs who weโre here for.
thinkhumble.in's answer:
Weโve reimagined skill assessments from the ground up. While others rely on static tests and manual question banks, we use Generative AI to create adaptive, real-world challenges that truly reflect what a person can do. Thereโs no need for SMEs, no recycled questions, and no room for cheating โ every test is smart, secure, and role-specific. Weโre not just validating skills โ weโre helping companies and campuses hire and train with precision. Itโs faster, itโs fairer, and itโs built for how talent should be evaluated today.
ThinkHumble offers a refreshing approach to skill evaluation using GenAI. The platform focuses on real, role-specific capability assessment rather than static tests or resumes. What stands out is the scalability and consistency of evaluations without relying on subject matter experts, making it practical for enterprises, universities, and staffing teams. Overall, it delivers meaningful insights into workforce readiness and hiring decisions.
We have been using AIPreper for almost an year now and trust me it has been a game changer to our organisation. Most of our manual tasks has been automated and the speed of hiring and L&D has been increased. Over-all great experience and definitely looking forward for upcoming features. Cheers

I'm 18M Indian. Growing up I've always been a daydreamer, if you may. Since 8th grade - I'm fascinated by programming. And I'm good at it too. But I'm not cocky too. I wouldn't say I'm at an advanced level, but I can most probably solve any problem - in time - with my skills. I also keep my skills brushed by solving problems on Hacker Rank (every day or alternate days) and try my best to contribute on... Source: almost 3 years ago
