Guddle is an AI-native Project Operating System for small and mid-sized teams who need real project governance without the weight — or the price — of enterprise PPM software.

Most project tools are generic task boards: you get lists and cards, but you rebuild the governance scaffolding by hand on every project. Guddle bakes the PRINCE2 method into the product itself — stages and stage tolerances, risk, issue and quality registers, exception reporting, the business case and a live project initiation document — so the discipline is there from day one, not bolted on afterwards.

The AI layer is where Guddle earns its keep, and where it draws a hard line. It runs the admin nobody enjoys: it keeps registers current, drafts End Stage Reports and highlight reports, and prepares board briefings. Overnight it reviews your projects and surfaces what you'd otherwise miss — a slipping stage, a risk that's quietly escalated, a missing GDPR entry — and proposes the fix. But it never acts alone. Every AI suggestion waits for a person to approve or dismiss it. The principle is simple: AI does the admin, humans keep the governance. That trust boundary is the whole point.

Reports export as polished, board-ready PDFs carrying your own organisation's logo and branding — ideal for consultancies and fractional PMs who deliver governance under their own name. Clients and sponsors can be invited as free, read-only observers, so oversight never costs a seat.

Guddle is mobile-first, quick to set up, and connects to your own AI (bring-your-own-key), so the intelligence runs on your terms.

Best for: SMEs (10–200 people), project managers, PMO and fractional-PM consultancies, and any small team running structured or PRINCE2-style projects who've outgrown spreadsheets and generic boards but can't justify heavyweight enterprise PPM.

Analysis of Loopify360

Overall verdict

  • I don't have verified, up-to-date information about Loopify360 (loopify360.com) specifically, so I can't confirm its quality, pricing fairness, or reliability with confidence. Based on the name, it appears to be a tool related to content looping, automation, or repurposing (possibly for video or social media), but I'd recommend verifying current reviews, testimonials, refund policies, and company transparency before purchasing.

Why this product is good

  • The name suggests it may offer automation or repurposing features for content creators, which can save time if legitimate
  • Many similar tools in this niche offer trial periods or demos that let you test functionality before committing
  • If it has an active user community or visible case studies, that could indicate real-world traction

  • Content creators or marketers curious about automation tools, but only after doing independent research
  • Users comfortable testing new/lesser-known SaaS products with caution
  • Buyers who verify reviews on independent platforms (Trustpilot, Reddit, G2) before purchasing
  • Not recommended for those seeking an established, widely-reviewed solution without first confirming legitimacy

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Guddle.net and Loopify360.

What makes your product unique?

Guddle.net's answer

Guddle draws a line no other project tool draws: AI does the admin, humans keep the governance. The AI keeps your registers current, drafts your reports, and reviews your projects overnight to surface what you've missed — but it only ever proposes. Nothing commits without a person's approval, and every change (human or AI) is attributed and audit-trailed. On top of that, the PRINCE2 method is built into the product — stages, tolerances, risk/issue/quality registers, exception reporting — not bolted on as labels. And it's priced by project, not per person, so you're never taxed for involving your own team.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Guddle.net's answer

It depends what you're comparing it to: vs generic boards (monday.com, ClickUp, Asana): those give you lists and cards; you rebuild the governance by hand every time. Guddle has the method — registers, stage gates, exception reporting — from the first minute. vs enterprise PPM (MS Project, Primavera): no per-seat pricing, no multi-week setup, no consultant. Describe your project in plain English and Guddle builds it. vs AI agent tools: those act unsupervised and forget you between sessions. Guddle's AI is proposal-only, permission-scoped, and on the record. Plus: free read-only viewers for clients and boards, client-branded PDF reports, and bring-your-own-AI.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Guddle.net's answer

Small and mid-sized teams (roughly 10–200 people), UK and Europe first, who need real project governance without enterprise weight or price. That's project managers, PMOs, and fractional-PM / PMO consultancies who deliver governance for SME clients — plus any small team running structured or PRINCE2-style projects that has outgrown spreadsheets and generic task boards but can't justify heavyweight PPM software. Typically non-technical buyers who value method, audit trails and honest pricing.

What's the story behind your product?

Guddle.net's answer

"Guddle" is a Scots word — to catch fish with your bare hands, and, fittingly, a lovely muddle. Projects tend to arrive as a guddle: plans in a spreadsheet, decisions in chat, risks in someone's head. Founder Craig McQueen built Guddle over the course of a year as an AI-native product from the ground up, to give small teams the structure of enterprise project governance without the bureaucracy or the price tag. The conviction behind it: the PRINCE2 method shouldn't evaporate the moment a project starts, and AI should do the administration a team hates — while people keep the judgement. Hence the line the whole product is built on: AI does the admin, you keep the governance.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Guddle.net's answer

React Native & Expo — one codebase across web and mobile Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, row-level security, storage) Stripe for billing Anthropic's Claude, connected via MCP, for the AI/intelligence layer (bring-your-own-key supported) Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (monitoring)
