Loopion is not another AI notetaker. It is an end-to-end meeting accountability engine built to turn conversations into execution.
Most meeting AI tells you what happened. Loopion makes sure what happens next gets done.
NO PER SEAT PRICING, INVITE YOUR WHOLE TEAM FOR NO EXTRA COST.
Every meeting runs through two-pass AI action extraction. This ensures actions are with the right owner, deadline and context, supported by intelligent speaker mapping.
Then the Accountability Loop takes over. Outstanding actions are carried into future meetings and reposted into Microsoft Teams and Zoom so commitments stay visible until they are completed.
No hiding. No โI forgot.โ No actions disappearing into meeting notes.
Ask Loopion does not only understand today's meeting. It remembers every meeting in that series, creating a connected history of decisions, actions and commitments over time.
Ask what was agreed four weeks ago, two months ago or across multiple meetings:
โWhat did we decide about pricing six weeks ago?โ
โWhen did we first agree to move the launch date?โ
โWhat is still outstanding from last month?โ
Loopion searches the full series and returns the relevant answer and context. It is not meeting search. It is persistent organisational memory. Its like having 2 brains.
Loopion supports 99 languages, including mixed-language meetings, and delivers transcripts, summaries and actions in a user's preferred language.
Connect actions into the tools your teams already use, including Slack, CRMs and project platforms, with 7,000+ integrations through Zapier.
Loopion was shaped by more than a decade of operating experience inside billion-pound enterprises, where execution, ownership and follow-through are what turn plans into results.
Meetings create actions. Loopion closes the loop.

Loopion's answer:
Loopion is newly launched and is currently building its founding customer base.
We are working with early adopters across a mix of large and smaller organizations who want to fundamentally improve accountability and execution across their organizations.
Customer names and case studies will be published as deployments progress and organisations approve public disclosure.
We would rather earn the case studies than invent the logos.
Grain's answer
Grain outperforms competitors in revenue intelligence and deal execution. It offers deal dashboards that track customer conversations across multiple meetings, basic deal health visibility, and coaching capabilities specifically designed for sales workflows. If your team needs to monitor pipeline health and customer relationships, Grain is the strongest choice.
Unlike enterprise-focused tools, Grain offers transparent pricing and free tiers with no sales call required. It's designed for bottoms-up adoption, making it accessible for startups and mid-sized companies that need enterprise-level features without enterprise costs.
Loopion's answer:
Because meeting notes don't grow businesses. Execution does.
There are plenty of AI tools that can record a meeting, generate a transcript and send you a summary.
*The question isnt why choose Loopion, its how much money are you willing to continue to spend on poor execution that does not push your teams to lead your organization where you want it to go? *
Loopion was built to solve the much bigger problem:
Did the things you agreed actually get done?
Loopion turns conversations into accountable execution. Actions are extracted using two-pass AI, assigned to the right people and then kept alive after the meeting.
If an action remains outstanding, Loopion can carry it into the next meeting and surface it again directly inside Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
No hiding. No "I forgot." No "I thought somebody else was doing it."
And unlike tools that treat every meeting as an isolated event, Ask Loopion remembers the entire meeting series. Your team can ask about decisions, commitments and conversations from weeks or months earlier without searching through transcripts or relying on human memory.
Execution drives results. Results drive growth. Accountability drives execution.
If you only want another extremely clever or sharp AI notetaker, you have plenty of choices.
If you want your meetings to drive execution, choose Loopion.

Grain's answer
Grain offers deal-level analysis across multiple meetings, which is unique in the space. Instead of just summarizing individual calls, Grain aggregates insights from all meetings related to a specific deal or account, creating comprehensive deal dashboards with SPICED analysis, risk detection, and coaching scorecards. This gives teams a holistic view of customer relationships over time.
Grain emphasizes clip creation, playlists, and storytelling features that make it easy to share meeting moments across teams. You can create timestamped clips, build playlists of key moments, and share "stories" to highlight trends or insightsโfunctionality that's more robust than many competitors.
Live Notes let you type notes, tag moments, and create clips in real-time during meetings. This hybrid approach combines AI automation with human judgment, ensuring critical insights aren't missed.
Grain automatically tracks conversations across all touchpoints with a specific account, surfacing trends, risks, and coaching opportunities that span multiple meetings. This transforms raw meeting data into actionable business intelligence.
Loopion's answer:
Businesses don't have an action-creation problem. They have an execution problem.
Every day, businesses hold meetings, make decisions, assign actions and set deadlines. The failure happens afterwards: actions disappear into notes, people forget what they owned, managers start chasing, and execution slows down. Its not lack of enthusiasm or dedication that stunts a businesses growth or slows down acheiving objectives, its the lack of tracking and ensuring execution actually happens. The question isnt why choose Loopion, its how much will it cost you and your business if you dont ensure consistant execution in your organization happens everyday?
Loopion closes the accountability loop.
Loopion uses two-pass AI action extraction to identify commitments, validate them and turn them into clear actions with owners and deadlines. But unlike traditional AI notetakers, that is where Loopion starts โ not where it stops.
Outstanding actions are automatically carried forward and resurfaced inside future Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings until they are completed. No more forgotten actions, only re-enforced execution.
Then there is Ask Loopion.
Ask Loopion remembers every meeting in a recurring series, not just the meeting you are looking at today. Ask what was decided four weeks ago, two months ago, who committed to something, when a decision changed or what is still outstanding โ and Loopion brings the context back instantly.
ALSO THERE IS NO PER SEAT PRICING, INVITE THE WHOLE TEAM FOR THE SAME COST. JUST PAY FOR THE MINUTES YOU USE
Other meeting tools document what happened. Loopion drives what happens next.
Grain's answer
Based on the information gathered, here's how I'd describe Grain's primary audience:
Primary Audience Mid-market teams who need enterprise-grade meeting intelligence without enterprise complexity or cost. These are growing sales, customer success, and revenue operations teams that have outgrown basic note-taking tools but aren't ready for enterprise platforms that require long sales cycles and six-figure commitments. โ โ
Loopion's answer:
Loopion is built for businesses who are serious about execution and propelling their organization to growth through accountability of thier teams.
It is designed for organisations that already know how to create plans and actions but need a better way to make sure those commitments actually turn into results.
Loopion is particularly powerful for:
As organisations grow, accountability becomes harder. More meetings mean more actions, more owners, more deadlines and more opportunities for important commitments to disappear.
Loopion gives leaders visibility without turning them into professional chasers.
Know what was agreed. Know who owns it. Know what is overdue. Know what still needs to happen.
Because businesses don't grow by creating more actions. They grow by executing the right ones.
Grain's answer
Grain was born from a real problem Mike Adams faced while building his previous company, MissionU, a Zoom-based online university he co-founded in 2016.
At MissionU, everything happened on Zoomโadmissions interviews, research sessions, team meetings. Mike's team would conduct interviews and make decisions about applicants, but six months later when they'd evaluate whether someone was a good or bad admit, all the qualitative data explaining why they made those decisions had vanished. The insights were lost because no one could remember the conversations or review them later.
Mike realized that since everything was digital on Zoom anyway, there could be a "perfect record". So he started recording literally every single meetingโadmissions interviews, user research, team meetingsโand built internal software to pull highlights and share them across the team.
When WeWork acquired MissionU in 2018, Mike and his brother Jake Adams (a former software engineer at Branch Metrics) recognized the broader opportunity. They founded Grain in September 2018 to solve this problem for other teams transitioning to remote work.
Loopion's answer:
Loopion came from a problem seen by its CEO repeatedly over more than a decade of operating inside large organizations and billion-pound enterprises.
The businesses were not short of meetings.
They were not short of ideas.
They were not even short of actions.
They were short of consistent execution.
A meeting could end with complete agreement about what needed to happen, yet days later managers were chasing updates, people were trying to remember what they had committed to and valuable actions were quietly disappearing into meeting notes.
AI notetakers solved part of the problem.
They could tell you what happened.
But they still left the business responsible for making sure what happened next actually got done.
That gap became Loopion.
Capture the meeting. Extract the commitments. Establish ownership. Remember the history. Bring unfinished actions back. Keep doing it until they are complete.
Loopion was not built from a tech expert perspective, it was built from an operator's perspective of what real life in businesses looks like and based around one simple principle:
*Accountability drives execution. Execution drives results. Results drive growth. *
Meetings create actions. Loopion closes the loop.
