Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Graffiti-Generator.art and GitHub Copilot.

What makes your product unique?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

Most online graffiti tools fall into two extremes: they're either too basic (just a handful of decorative fonts) or too complex (full design software with a steep learning curve). We sit in the middle — offering 30+ curated graffiti styles with real customization options, plus an AI generator that creates photorealistic street art murals. The free version is actually functional, not a watered-down demo.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

We focus specifically on graffiti and street art rather than being a generic design tool. The font collection is built around real graffiti styles — bubble letters, wildstyle interlocks, handstyle tags, stencil cuts — not just fancy decorative typefaces. Our AI art generator is trained to produce authentic wall textures, paint drips, and urban lighting that general-purpose AI image tools don't specialize in.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

Gamers looking for unique username tags, small business owners creating urban-themed logos, content makers designing thumbnails and banners, students working on art projects, and anyone curious about graffiti lettering. You don't need any design background — the tool is built for hobbyists and first-timers.

What's the story behind your product?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

I built this because I couldn't find a tool that hit the sweet spot between "too simple" and "too complicated." I wanted to type a word, pick a real graffiti style, and have a design ready in under a minute. The AI art generator was added later after users asked for more realistic wall-art results beyond vector text.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

Next.js and React for the frontend, Canvas API for real-time rendering and image export, Supabase for user authentication and data, and an AI image generation API for the mural feature. Hosted on Vercel.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Graffiti-Generator.art's answer

We're a relatively new tool, so our user base is mainly individual creators rather than enterprise clients. We see consistent use from gamers designing profile graphics, small brands creating street-style logos, and students exploring typography for personal projects.
