I love the command line and I am not fan of HTML. I recently learned about web terminals ( gotty ), got excited and I thought to myself: couldn't it be a new (old!) paradigm for web apps? This would be especially useful for back office, administration tasks. Source: about 1 year ago
It is absolutely possible. You won't be able to test the javascript function itself from within python, but you can exercise the front-end code using something like cypress (https://cypress.io) or the older but still respectable selenium (https://selenium.dev). Source: about 1 year ago
