I do all of this on my MacBook Air, but it's starting to get a little long in the tooth (the latest OS I can use is Mojave) so I'm looking to upgrade my equipment. I want to simplify my workflow and, if possible, find a way to record each person's audio separately on my end so our guests don't have to worry about it.
