Also fwiw, this IG account routinely teaches me things I didn't even know I needed to know, especially her bolus strategies--soooooo helpful, especially when I'm experimenting with new foods, plus the apps undermyfork. I personally swear by weighing my food with a scale to be as precise as possible with carb content, but have been meaning to try bitesnap when out in the wild without my scale.
