WorkbookDiff is a free browser-local tool for comparing two coordinate-aligned .xlsx workbook versions up to 20 MiB each. It reports supported changes in values, stored formula expressions, worksheet presence and visibility, hidden rows and columns, and used ranges. Findings can be searched, filtered, and exported to CSV. It does not support .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb, password-protected workbooks, row-reordered reconciliation, formatting, charts, pivot tables, macros, or formula recalculation. The CSV is a comparison report, not a complete audit trail.
