Google Duo is a relatively recent attempt from Google to make Android’s version of FaceTime, and while it seemingly hasn’t managed that in terms of popularity, the quality is certainly there.
Google Duo works on both Android and iOS devices, allowing you to call your friends and family, regardless of what kind of smartphone they’re using. You either can place one-on-one calls or group voice and video chats...
Google Duo probably isn't the best app for group video chats. The app could add conference calling capabilities soon, however. Users may still want to operate with Skype for now.

I've never tried this, but I think the is an option to use duo through a web browser, by logging into your google account. Take a look at: https://duo.google.com/about/. Source: over 4 years ago
Alternatively, you can ignore all that and use Duo on the web. Enroll in Duo on your Fi phone, then https://duo.google.com/about/ and login to Fi account. Click on a contact then select Voice call. Source: over 5 years ago
