Influencer Notes gives YouTube creators one place to plan a video, write the script, and get ready to film.

Instead of starting with a blank document, you can build a script from useful sections such as the hook, promise, story beats, payoff, and call to action. Each section keeps its word count and estimated speaking time visible, and you can add shot ideas, locations, equipment, and research notes right beside the words they belong to.

When the script is ready, you can move into the production plan, calendar, thumbnail preview, sharing, or teleprompter without copying everything between different apps. There are also free YouTube script templates and a browser-based script timer for creators who want to try the workflow first.

It works especially well for solo YouTubers and small teams making tutorials, reviews, travel videos, educational content, documentaries, or faceless videos.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Google Docs and Influencer Notes.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Influencer Notes's answer:

Choose it when your work is video, not general documents. Google Docs and Notion can store a script, but you still have to set up timing, shot notes, production stages, and recording tools yourself. Influencer Notes includes those pieces from the start and keeps them attached to the video.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Influencer Notes's answer:

Solo YouTube creators and small video teams who plan or script before filming. It is especially useful for tutorials, reviews, travel videos, educational channels, documentaries, and faceless content.

What's the story behind your product?

Influencer Notes's answer:

I'm a YouTube creator myself and got tired of juggling Google Docs, spreadsheets, and Trello boards for every video. I wanted one tool that followed my actual workflow, from brainstorming to scripting to filming. Nothing like that existed, so I built it.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Influencer Notes's answer:

We don't track or disclose individual customer names.

What makes your product unique?

Influencer Notes's answer:

Most writing apps give creators a blank page. Influencer Notes organizes a script around the parts a video needs—hook, promise, story beats, payoff, and call to action—and keeps timing and filming notes beside each section. The same video then moves into a production board, calendar, thumbnail preview, and teleprompter, so the plan does not have to be rebuilt in several apps.
