Think ubereats or go puff any delivery service , but it would be express delivery for any last minute touch up needs like Eyelashes , cologne , deodorant, accessories, sunglasses .   She would get decimated by Galmsquad. There was another app that was attempting to get some of the market-share 2 or so years ago. App was discontinued, places like this make sure to expand in larger markets first like L.A., ATL, Chicago... Source: almost 5 years ago
