Table Share is a single-purpose web utility that turns pasted tabular data into a clean, instantly shareable HTML table โ no accounts required for sender or recipient.
THE PROBLEM Existing options for sharing a one-off table all fail differently: - Screenshots: not searchable, not copyable, useless on mobile - Raw paste in chat: columns collapse, unreadable - CSV attachments: force download before viewing - Google Sheets: requires accounts, permission fiddling, overkill for snapshots
Table Share fills the gap with a workflow optimized for one-way data transmission.
HOW IT WORKS 1. Paste CSV, Excel range, TSV, or HTML table on the homepage 2. The data is parsed (PapaParse with autodetection of delimiters) 3. A unique 8-character URL is generated and auto-copied to clipboard 4. Recipients click the link and see a mobile-responsive HTML table 5. Free links auto-expire after 7 days; Pro after up to 90 days
TECH STACK - Cloudflare Workers (edge serverless, no cold start) - Workers KV (ephemeral storage with TTL) - PapaParse (client-side parsing) - Ko-fi + Resend (payment + Pro key delivery) - Plain HTML/CSS frontend, no frameworks
PRICING Free tier (no signup): - 500 rows, 50 columns - 7-day expiry - Unlimited shares - CSV download
Pro tier ($5 one-time, lifetime): - 5,000 rows, 100 columns - 90-day expiry, custom expiration windows - Password protection - Remove branding - REST API access (see /docs)
DESIGNED FOR Developers sharing query results, freelancers sending data to clients, teams sharing meeting snapshots, anyone tired of Google Sheets overhead for ad-hoc shares.

Table-Share.org's answer:
Table Share was solo-founded by Mark Rhenzon and launched in November 2025. The founder built the utility because screenshotting raw SQL results into Slack remained the frustrating default workflow in the industry. The tool was built with a radical design minimalism inspired by Craigslistโutilizing basic black text, a white background, and system fonts to ensure the entire process fits a fast, postcard-sized deployment.

Table-Share.org's answer:
The primary audience consists of technical professionals, freelancers, and small teams who handle ad-hoc data sharing. This includes developers sharing SQL query results, data analysts passing snapshots to non-technical stakeholders, freelancers sending data deliverables to clients, and small teams wanting read-only data sharing without buying extra SaaS seat licenses.
Table-Share.org's answer:
Table Share relies on radical minimalism and a single workflow: paste data, get a link, and finish in under 5 seconds. It requires no signup, no user accounts, and zero permission configurations for senders or recipients. While alternative tools optimize for collaborative editing, Table Share focuses purely on the one-way transmission of a data snapshot.
Table-Share.org's answer:
A person should choose Table Share because it eliminates the standard friction of sharing one-off tables. Unlike screenshots, Table Share tables are fully searchable and copyable. Unlike CSV attachments, it does not force a local file download, and unlike Google Sheets, it completely bypasses the need for account permissions and configuration dances.

Expertise. The SaaS provider is declaring: "I am good at XYZ; I can deliver it better than any of my competitors, and I constantly work to improve how I deliver it." Who do you think can better run GitLab, your already overworked Operations team, or GitLab itself? - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
Integration Capabilities: How easily does it plug into your daily workflow? Look for deep integrations with your IDE, source control (like GitHub or GitLab), and especially your CI/CD pipeline. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago

Web Check CI stands out because it is the first CI/CD module of its kind available for GitLab! It's built on Google's Baseline initiative, the new standard for web platform compatibility. Instead of guessing which features are safe to use, developers get authoritative answers based on real browser support data. - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
