I would say that just googling/searching on YouTube for a specific topic like recursion, backtracking, binary search tree, etc. Is really good for finding videos and websites that further break down the concepts and teach you tips for how to implement them. geeksforgeeks.org is a really good website that I can think of that helps a lot with understanding the topics in 106B, and general computer science topics and...
