The browser version of VS Code offered by Github is actually better than Xcode in a lot of ways. Apple should find this situation supremely embarrassing. You can use DigitalPress to host your Ghost site (it's free). But, use Ghost only if you know HTML, CSS and JS, Everything in Ghost is not ready-made like Wordpress, you should at least be able to copy and paste code-snippets at proper places. Source: over 4 years ago
