Three things no other concert tracker does together. First, full-lineup tracking: openers, support acts and festival sets are logged as their own shows and count individually in your concert stats, so a festival weekend becomes ten or twenty logged sets instead of one line. Second, automatic setlists: log a show and the setlist, venue and complete lineup fill in from 9.9M+ setlists; upcoming shows get a predicted setlist. Third, Concert Wrapped rebuilt after every show, not once in December, down to the song level (most-heard track live, songs heard live for the first time). On top: a concert diary with photos, videos and notes per show (private by default), a festival tracker with 2026 lineups stage by stage, Concert Buddies (mutual-only, no followers, no algorithm), and 13 languages on iOS, Android and web. Concert-goers and festival fans who want a record of every show they have seen: people who go to a lot of gigs and want to answer "how many times have I seen this band?" or "how many concerts have I been to?" with real numbers, festival regulars who want a whole weekend logged stage by stage, fans who keep ticket stubs and photos and want them tied to the right night, and friends who want to see which shows they have been to together. Gigvault is used across Europe and North America and runs in 13 languages (English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Czech, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish). There is also a separate Photographer Pro plan for people who shoot shows.

What's the story behind your product?

Gigvault started in January 2025 as a solo project by Alexandra Pytel in Germany. The trigger was a simple question that turned out to be impossible to answer: how many times have I seen this band? Ticket stubs in a drawer, photos with no context, half a festival weekend nobody could reconstruct. The existing tools stopped at "attended" (setlist.fm) or pointed forward to upcoming shows (Bandsintown, Songkick). So Gigvault became the diary for what you already saw: log a show, the setlist and full lineup fill in automatically, openers and festival sets count as their own entries, and Concert Wrapped updates after every gig instead of once a year. It is still solo-built and self-funded, on iOS, Android and the web, in 13 languages, and concert logging has stayed free, unlimited and ad-free from day one.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

React with Vite and TypeScript for the web app, Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage, edge functions) as the backend, Capacitor for the native iOS and Android apps from the same codebase, and Lovable for hosting. Setlist and lineup data comes from a database of 9.9M+ setlists. The web app runs in the browser with no download; iOS and Android are in the App Store and Google Play.
