  • Automation of Classification Tasks
Easy Classifier automates the process of training and evaluating classification models, reducing the manual effort required to build machine learning pipelines for classification problems.
  • Multiple Algorithm Support
The tool supports multiple classification algorithms out of the box, allowing users to compare different models and select the best performing one without writing separate code for each algorithm.
  • Beginner Friendly
The project is designed to simplify machine learning classification tasks, making it accessible to beginners or non-experts who may not have deep knowledge of scikit-learn or other ML frameworks.
  • Minimal Code Required
Users can perform classification tasks with minimal lines of code, streamlining the workflow from data input to model evaluation and reducing boilerplate code significantly.
  • Open Source
The project is open source and available on GitHub, meaning anyone can use, modify, and contribute to it freely, fostering community-driven improvements and transparency.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Documentation
The repository has minimal documentation and README content, making it difficult for new users to understand all the features, parameters, and proper usage patterns of the tool.
  • Low Community Adoption
The project has very few stars, forks, and contributors on GitHub, indicating limited community validation, support, and ongoing development activity.
  • Limited Customization Options
As an automation-focused tool, it may not provide enough fine-grained control over hyperparameters, preprocessing steps, or model architectures for advanced users with specific requirements.
  • Narrow Scope
The tool focuses solely on classification tasks and does not cover other common machine learning tasks such as regression, clustering, or more advanced deep learning scenarios, limiting its overall utility.
  • Uncertain Maintenance
Given the small scale of the project and limited contributor base, there is uncertainty about long-term maintenance, bug fixes, and compatibility updates with newer versions of Python or dependent libraries.

Analysis

An editorial look at what each product does well and who it suits.

GhostMyData
Easy classifier

Overall verdict

  • GhostMyData is a solid data removal service that helps individuals reduce their online footprint by removing personal information from data broker sites and people-search databases. It offers a reasonable option for those concerned about privacy, though as with any such service, results can vary and no service can guarantee 100% removal of all data across the internet.

Why this product is good

  • Automates the tedious process of opting out from numerous data broker and people-search sites
  • Helps protect against identity theft, spam, and unwanted solicitations by reducing exposed personal data
  • Provides ongoing monitoring and re-removal since data brokers often re-list information
  • Saves significant time compared to manually contacting each data broker
  • Can offer peace of mind for individuals worried about their digital privacy

Recommended for

  • Individuals concerned about online privacy and their digital footprint
  • People who want to reduce spam calls, emails, and unwanted solicitations
  • Those at higher risk of identity theft or stalking who want personal info removed
  • Public-facing professionals, executives, or public figures wanting to limit exposure
  • Anyone who lacks the time to manually opt out of dozens of data broker sites

Overall verdict

  • Easy classifier appears to be a lightweight, accessible tool for building classification models with minimal setup, making it a good choice for users who want quick results without deep machine learning expertise, though it may lack advanced customization found in more robust frameworks.

Why this product is good

  • Simple, beginner-friendly API that lowers the barrier to entry for classification tasks
  • Open-source and hosted on GitHub, allowing free use, transparency, and community contributions
  • Likely reduces boilerplate code compared to using raw scikit-learn or TensorFlow
  • Good for rapid prototyping and educational purposes
  • Active GitHub repository suggests ongoing maintenance and community support

Recommended for

  • Beginners learning machine learning concepts
  • Developers needing quick classification prototypes
  • Students working on academic projects or assignments
  • Small-scale projects where advanced customization isn't required
  • Hackathon participants needing fast implementation

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing GhostMyData and Easy classifier.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

GhostMyData's answer

More coverage (1,500+ brokers), lower price ($9.99/mo vs $14.98 for Incogni), free scan with 3 free trial removals (no credit card), family plans covering 5 members, and transparent compliance reporting. We also use dual search engines (Google + Brave) to find exposures competitors miss.

What makes your product unique?

GhostMyData's answer

We cover 1,500+ data broker sites — 3.5x more than Incogni and 17x more than DeleteMe's auto-removal. We send legally-enforceable CCPA deletion requests, not just opt-out forms. And we publish a live broker compliance report showing which brokers actually delete your data and which ignore requests.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

GhostMyData's answer

Privacy-conscious individuals and families who want their personal data removed from people-search sites and data brokers. Also businesses protecting employees from social engineering attacks that exploit exposed personal data.

What's the story behind your product?

GhostMyData's answer

I discovered my full name, home address, phone numbers, and family members' details were publicly listed on hundreds of people-search sites — available to anyone for under a dollar. After spending 40+ hours manually submitting opt-out forms, I realized the data just comes back. So I built GhostMyData to automate the entire process.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

GhostMyData's answer

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Vercel, Resend for transactional email, Amazon SES for broker CCPA emails, Google and Brave Search APIs for exposure detection.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

GhostMyData's answer

  • Individual privacy-conscious consumers
  • Families protecting household members (up to 5 per plan)
  • Businesses protecting employee data from social engineering
