If you're hell-bent on headless, I can personally recommend 11ty (https://www.11ty.dev/) and hugo (https://gohugo.io/). That said, for non-technical admins, you probably want a user interface. Criticker.com is fairly accurate with its predictions, but youโve got to play with the filters a bit to improve the recommendations (it tends to favour older films & documentaries ). Not the prettiest site, but functionally great. Source: over 4 years ago
