What makes your product unique?

Getint's answer

Getint combines no-code setup with the flexibility needed for complex enterprise integrations and migrations. Teams can configure one-way or two-way synchronization, map fields and statuses, apply filters, transformations, and conditions, and monitor integrations through detailed logs. It also offers SaaS and On-Premise deployment and pricing based on connections rather than users or synchronized tasks.

It supports both ongoing synchronization and migrations across ITSM, DevOps, CRM, and project management platforms, with configurable mappings, monitoring, flexible deployment, and direct support from integration experts.

Getint is primarily designed for mid-sized and enterprise organizations that need to connect teams working across different business systems. Typical users include Jira and system administrators, IT and ITSM teams, DevOps and engineering teams, project managers, integration specialists, and organizations managing cross-company or multi-platform workflows.

What's the story behind your product?

Getint's answer

Getint was created by a team with experience in software integrations and the Atlassian ecosystem who saw a need for a modern, flexible integration platform with strong customization and visibility for administrators. Its first applications were launched on the Atlassian Marketplace around 2020, and an early customer requirement to connect three ServiceNow instances with Jira helped shape the platform. Getint has since expanded beyond Jira into a broader integration and migration platform supporting ITSM, DevOps, CRM, and project management systems.
