fynk was founded in 2022 in Vienna by Constantin Wintoniak, Dominik Hackl, and Markus Presle.

The idea originated from their own frustration with how broken contract workflows were in their previous startup: teams had to juggle multiple tools (Word, email, shared drives, e-signature tools), leading to chaos, version conflicts, and inefficiencies.

They set out to build an all-in-one, AI-first contract management platform that covers the entire lifecycle, from drafting to signing, in a single system. fynk launched as a modern alternative to fragmented or overly complex enterprise solutions.
