What makes your product unique?

NotchPath's answer:

We understand the email received, analyse your existing information, draft a reply based on that and send it only when a user approves it. For common emails, when you determine the system has a high confidence level, you can automatically send the emails. This keeps you in control.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

NotchPath's answer:

Medium-sized companies that get a lot of emails but don't have the staff to constantly answer them.
