Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

FreqCraft.app 7 features
Objects 5 features
  • Multi-Layer Sessions
Up to five simultaneous voices, each with its own carrier, beat, waveform and level envelope.
  • Full frequency control
Set any carrier and beat frequency to the decimal. Every Hz visible, no black box.
  • Beat Sweep
A slow triangle around the set beat, with the swept range shown on screen before you start.
  • Binaural & isochronic modes
Both entrainment methods. Isochronic needs no headphones.
  • Four real waveforms
Sine, square, triangle, sawtooth. A true generator, not a preset player.
  • Fully offline & private
No internet permission. Cannot phone home, track, or send data. Privacy is a property of the build.
  • Transducer-ready
Clean low-frequency output drives tactile transducers. Physical vibration, not just sound.
  • Decentralized Object Storage
Objects.to provides decentralized storage solutions, allowing users to store data across distributed networks rather than relying on a single centralized server, which enhances data resilience and reduces single points of failure.
  • Web3 and Blockchain Integration
The platform is designed with Web3 principles in mind, making it well-suited for developers building decentralized applications (dApps) that need reliable and censorship-resistant storage.
  • Simple API and Developer Experience
Objects.to offers a straightforward API that makes it relatively easy for developers to integrate decentralized storage into their projects without needing deep expertise in the underlying protocols.
  • Content Persistence
Data stored through Objects.to benefits from content-addressable storage mechanisms, helping ensure that files remain available and verifiable over time without risk of link rot or unauthorized modification.
  • Cost-Effective Storage
Compared to traditional cloud storage providers, Objects.to can offer competitive pricing by leveraging decentralized storage networks, potentially reducing costs for developers and businesses storing large amounts of data.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Mainstream Adoption
Objects.to is a relatively niche platform compared to established cloud storage providers like AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage, which means fewer community resources, tutorials, and third-party integrations are available.
  • Performance and Latency Concerns
Decentralized storage can sometimes suffer from higher latency and slower retrieval speeds compared to centralized cloud services that have globally distributed CDNs and optimized infrastructure.
  • Reliability and Uptime Uncertainty
As a smaller and newer platform, Objects.to may not offer the same level of guaranteed uptime and SLAs that enterprise-grade centralized storage providers commit to.
  • Learning Curve for Non-Web3 Developers
Developers unfamiliar with decentralized storage concepts, content addressing, and Web3 paradigms may face a steeper learning curve when adopting Objects.to compared to traditional storage solutions.
  • Limited Documentation and Support
Being a smaller platform, Objects.to may have less comprehensive documentation, fewer support channels, and slower response times for troubleshooting compared to major cloud providers with dedicated support teams.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing FreqCraft.app and Objects.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FreqCraft.app's answer

Most alternatives are ad-supported, subscription-gated, or cloud-dependent. FreqCraft is a one-time purchase with no ads, no account, no tracking, and no internet permission at all. You get full manual control over the signal instead of a fixed set of presets, and it keeps playing without seizing audio focus, so it layers under music, podcasts, or video. Precision and privacy over lock-in.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FreqCraft.app's answer

People who want precise, hands-on control over entrainment frequencies rather than a fixed preset experience — including former Brainwave Generator (BWGen) users, and anyone driving tactile transducers or building their own audio setup. It is a technical tool for users who value privacy, offline operation, and one-time ownership over subscriptions.

What's the story behind your product?

FreqCraft.app's answer

FreqCraft is a modern successor to Brainwave Generator (BWGen), the long-abandoned Windows desktop tool that never made it to mobile. It was rebuilt natively for Android as a precise, fully offline generator — keeping the deep manual control BWGen was known for, but without ads, subscriptions, or data collection.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FreqCraft.app's answer

Built natively for Android with Flutter and Dart, with a Kotlin audio engine handling the frequency synthesis. No backend and no network layer — everything runs on-device.

What makes your product unique?

FreqCraft.app's answer

Every Hz is visible and editable — set any carrier and beat frequency to the decimal, across four real waveforms (sine, square, triangle, sawtooth). Up to five simultaneous voices, each with its own carrier, beat, waveform and level envelope. It is a true generator, not a preset player. It has no internet permission, so it physically cannot track you or send data anywhere — everything runs offline. One-time purchase, no subscription. And it is transducer-ready: clean low-frequency output can drive tactile transducers, not only headphones.
