Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear. (word frequency) This is also a great way to catch alternate spellings which your spell-checker might not flag.
