Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. You can fairly easily add the ability to edit the text using something like https://summernote.org/ This one is for bootstrap, but there are others that are pretty good. (there's another one I've used before but I can't think of the name... Thought it started with an "L".). Source: over 4 years ago
