Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. I recently found out about this site while reading about Ukraine. Are there similar sites for Facebook, IG, Reddit, etc.? I'm interested mainly in seeing the rough number of users in my city of various social media sites for historical archiving.
