Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. You can use DigitalPress to host your Ghost site (it's free). But, use Ghost only if you know HTML, CSS and JS, Everything in Ghost is not ready-made like Wordpress, you should at least be able to copy and paste code-snippets at proper places. Source: over 4 years ago
