Why do you keep getting rejected without a single interview call? Why does your resume disappear into silence after 100+ applications? Why do you freeze in interviews even when you know the answer? DevsUnite is the only AI career platform built end-to-end for fresher and early-career software developers in India (0–3 years experience). AI Match Analyzer — Upload your resume + paste any JD. Get an ATS compatibility score (0–100), missing keywords, skills gap, and a prioritized fix checklist. Know exactly why you're getting filtered out. AI Cover Letter Generator — No experience? No problem. Paste your resume + JD and get a personalized, role-specific cover letter in under 30 seconds — not a template, your actual skills mapped to that exact company. Mock Interview Prep — AI generates role-specific technical and behavioral questions from the JD. Answer them, get per-answer feedback, and fix weak spots before the real interview. Auto-Apply Chrome Extension — Automates job applications so you apply to more roles with less manual effort. Fresher Job Board — 1,000+ verified software engineering roles (0–3 yrs) across Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, and remote. No noise, no 5-year experience roles. Public Developer Profile — A shareable dev profile at devsunite.com/u/[you] with your skills, GitHub, and portfolio. Your link-in-bio for recruiters. Engineering Blog — Job search guides, ATS tips, interview prep — content built for freshers, not generic career advice. Android App — Full platform access on mobile.

Not all jobs have a salary range. I scrape hundreds of sites for found.dev and in most of the job postings, there is no salary indicated at all. This is specially common in some countries like Germany, where the salary is something you negotiate privately with the employer, without the employer offering you any information about the range first. At the end of March 2021, I decided the project was ready to see the light, so I launched Found.dev. - Source: dev.to / over 5 years ago
The real problem is that I think I'm making the very same mistake now..... I launched a few weeks ago found.dev and I'm offering free subscriptions to companies to post jobs there, and even with the free subscriptions I'm not getting enough users. It might be time to pivot or stop before it's too late .... Source: over 5 years ago
