I used to have a greater need for a file manager in other jobs. I donโt have the same need anymore but Forklift (https://binarynights.com/) has always been great and I still use it from time to time. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 month ago
I use Forklift instead : https://binarynights.com/ I can use it as an orthodox file manager. I also like using it to access remote filesystems over nfs and sftp, and also S3 buckets. It also works well with Dropbox and iCloud. There is a great sync feature to keep source and target directories synchronised. It's also good for diffing directories at a glance. My recommendation would be to learn using design systems and UI Kits that take care of it for you right away. My choice would be MDBootstrap React for Bootstrap, and Tailwind Elements for Tailwind. Source: about 3 years ago
Check out something like MDB UI Kit (for react) - this is much more robust & consistent than any Tailwind kit out there. Source: over 3 years ago
