Focusmo is a focus app for Mac that works like an accountability partner. Instead of another to-do list, it asks you "What are you working on?" every hour โ keeping you honest about your time. Your current task stays visible in a floating bar so you never forget what you're doing. Automatic tracking shows exactly which apps and websites consumed your day. Built specifically for people with ADHD and time blindness.
Miro AI is the artificial intelligence layer built directly into the Miro collaborative workspace. It helps teams think, create, and execute faster by embedding AI into the same visual environment where collaboration already happens.
Rather than being a separate tool, Miro AI works contextually across the canvas, using existing content to support teams throughout the entire workflow โ from ideation to delivery.
What makes Miro AI valuable - AI embedded in the workspaceโจMiro AI operates directly on boards and canvas content, reducing context switching and making AI support immediately relevant to the work at hand. - AI Sidekicks (AI teammates)โจBuilt-in AI Sidekicks assist teams with ideation, planning, writing, and structuring content, acting as collaborative partners rather than isolated tools. - AI Flows for end-to-end workflowsโจAI Flows help guide and automate multi-step processes, enabling teams to move from idea to outcome more efficiently. - Content creation & refinementโจTeams can generate, edit, summarize, and refine text, visuals, and boards using AI โ saving time on repetitive or manual tasks. - Smarter collaboration at scaleโจMiro AI helps teams align faster by summarizing boards, extracting insights, and organizing information across large or complex projects. - Enterprise-ready & secureโจDesigned with governance and security in mind, Miro AI supports enterprise requirements while remaining accessible for everyday team use.
Who itโs for Miro AI is especially useful for: - Product and project teams - Designers and creative teams - Marketing and content teams - Strategy, innovation, and operations teams - Organizations adopting AI for collaborative work
Focusmo
MiroFocusmo's answer
No management overhead โ Unlike Toggl or traditional time trackers, Focusmo doesn't require you to start/stop timers or categorize tasks manually. It just asks one simple question periodically.
Built for ADHD brains โ Most productivity apps assume you can stay organized. Focusmo is designed for people who struggle with time blindness and context switching. The always-visible task bar and hourly check-ins were specifically built for this.
Truly passive tracking โ Competitors require manual logging. Focusmo automatically tracks which apps and websites you use, showing you where your time actually went.
Simpler is better โ No complex dashboards, no project hierarchies, no team features you don't need. Just you, your current task, and honest feedback about your time.

People with ADHD โ The app's core features (hourly check-ins, visible task bar, time visualization) were designed specifically for ADHD symptoms like time blindness and difficulty staying on task.
Knowledge workers who "lose days" โ Developers, designers, writers, and freelancers who sit down to work and suddenly it's 6pm and they can't remember what they accomplished.
Students โ Especially those struggling with focus during study sessions or working on long-term projects.
Anyone who finds traditional productivity apps overwhelming โ People who've tried Toggl, Notion, or Pomodoro apps but found them too demanding to maintain.
Focusmo's answer
Focusmo takes a radically different approach to focus. Instead of another to-do list or Pomodoro timer that you have to manage, it works like an accountability partner:
Most productivity apps add complexity. Focusmo removes it.
Focusmo's answer
Focusmo was born from personal frustration. I tried every productivity app out there โ Toggl, Forest, Pomodoro timers, blocking apps โ but nothing stuck. They all required too much management or were too aggressive.
I wanted something that would simply ask me what I'm doing, keep it visible so I don't forget, and show me where my time went at the end of the day. No complex setup, no maintenance overhead.
Built it for myself first. Then realized others โ especially people with ADHD โ were looking for exactly the same thing. The response from the community has been incredible, with users saying it's the first focus app that actually matches how their brain works.

Virtual White Boards: Most meetings involve some form of interaction that typically takes place on whiteboards in an office setting. If we use a physical whiteboard in conjunction with a conferencing tool, we risk limiting the involvement of remote participants. Therefore, having a virtual alternative is necessary.
