    Itโ€™s not โ€œhands freeโ€ technically but I use a flyp nebulizer and am able to hold it with my mouth while I nebulize. I still use the big one and keep it because it is slightly more reliable. You have to make sure to charge your flyp, get new pieces when they recommend, deep clean it, etc because if not it will have issues working. Itโ€™s a life saver though for when I travel and need to nebulize and way more reliable... Source: over 4 years ago
