What makes your product unique?

  • Native MCP servers give Claude access to individual tool actions but no logic layer. FlowMate adds configurable Flows: multiple steps combined into one, with mapping custom fields, business rules, and routing. FlowMate also runs on triggers and schedules, and includes intelligent Agents that inherit your Claude Skills, Memory, and Projects. Native MCP cannot do this.

  • If you can prompt Claude, you can use FlowMate. There is no code, no workflow graph to draw, no server to host - you describe what you want, and FlowMate builds and runs it.

  • Zapier requires you to build workflows as visual graphs, node by node. FlowMate builds them for you when you describe what you want to Claude. FlowMate also runs on real triggers and schedules without needing a browser open, and every step can be either deterministic (Flow) or intelligent (Agent) - Zapier is only deterministic.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FlowMate's answer

FlowMate is built for AI-native operators who run a business function, sales, marketing, customer service, or ops, and already use Claude every working day. They handle recurring processes that have to happen: leads into a CRM, deals moved through stages, reports sent out, customers followed up with.

Most have hit a wall with Claude on its own, it stops when the chat closes and can't handle real business logic, and many have looked at tools like Zapier or n8n and bounced off the complexity or ended up depending on someone else to maintain a fragile setup.

They're not developers, but they can describe a business process clearly and are comfortable typing that into Claude. This person usually leads or is part of a small team, and the workflows they automate belong to that team, not personal projects.

What's the story behind your product?

FlowMate's answer

Frank founded and scaled SaaS companies for most of his career, including one successful exit. Along the way he advised and supported other B2B SaaS founders across Europe, helping them grow, go to market, and build products that last.

That experience is what led him to found Strategius, his consulting and investment company focused on B2B SaaS growth, and ultimately to build FlowMate, where he serves as CEO.

Three years of building infrastructure for SaaS platforms and AI platforms. Now every company can use the full power of FlowMate for its business, directly inside Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

    Polymail - This one is a lot like Twobird but with a lot more features. It's a different type of email client. It's really cool, but the Windows version is just a web app. It's available on iOS as well. Source: almost 5 years ago
