I got some nice responses using this template website https://flowcv.com/ made into a pdf and just spammed it everywhere I could (all the job boards). I was succinct and didn't tailor the resume but let my accompaning cover letters do that. Look at companies you are intrigued by and then their competitiors. Thanks for the input! I have shown my Resume to a few people including seniors who are working in the industry and a few classmates. But none have really given me useful feedback which might help me improve. Are there any online resources that I could use to improve my resume? First, remote dev environments became table stakes. GitHub Codespaces, Gitpod, and self-hosted dev containers became how serious teams worked. Every engineer I know who ships to production now SSHs into a box they didn't provision, edits files with whatever editor is installed, and commits from a terminal.
