I got some nice responses using this template website https://flowcv.com/ made into a pdf and just spammed it everywhere I could (all the job boards). I was succinct and didn't tailor the resume but let my accompaning cover letters do that. Look at companies you are intrigued by and then their competitiors. But none have really given me useful feedback which might help me improve. Are there any online resources that I could use to improve my resume?
