FlinkISO quality management software, integrated with ONLYOFFICE, and with a new HTML form creation feature, allows any organization to build their own fully customizable QMS system from scratch. While FlinkISO is free to use, customers can opt in for optional services like API access, installation, training & Enterprise Support. Users can also opt in for Startup Plan, where FlinkISO team installs the application, provide training and help users in creating & editing HTML forms created within the system with APIs.

With the ONLYOFFICE integration, FlinkISO provides an excellent Document Management solution. Organizations can install both FlinkISO & ONLYOFFICE at their premise and use these without any upfront fees. With ONLYOFFICE, you can create Documents, spreadsheets, presentations from within the browser, share them with your team, add revisions, version control and export them in PDF format.

With FlinkISO Custom HTML form builder, you can create your own professional HTML forms with validations along with business rules, email notifications & tasks. Users can download and install readily available modules like Audits, Audit Checklists, Audit Findings, Customer Complaints, Equipment Calibrations, Nonconformity, Preventive Actions etc. You can add your own fields, drop downs, radio buttons, file uploads with simple drag and drop.

Application is available on-premise & on-cloud with flexible pricing. All the services are optional and application is completely free. Free edition is also supported by emails and forum. Enterprise Support is also available with Annual Subscription or Perpetual License.
