Possible disadvantages of Flask

  • Scalability
Flask may not be as scalable as some other frameworks for very large applications due to its minimalist design and lack of built-in features.
  • Boilerplate Code
Since Flask requires you to integrate and configure many components manually, codebases in Flask can sometimes contain a lot of boilerplate code.
  • Opinionated Architecture
While Flask provides flexibility, it also means there are fewer conventions. Developers must make more architectural decisions, which can be challenging for large team collaboration.
  • Limited Tools

  • Learning Curve for Complex Applications
While Flask is easy to learn for simple applications, it can become complex to manage as the application grows, requiring a good understanding of design patterns and software architecture.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Flask and Trustfluence.

What's the story behind your product?

Trustfluence's answer:

Trustfluence was created after seeing how difficult it is for brands to verify creators before paying for a campaign—and how difficult it is for reliable creators to prove the quality of their previous work.

Our team experienced creator collaborations where significant budget was lost because deliverables were delayed, incomplete or never provided. There was no independent place to review the creator’s history or warn other brands.

At the same time, professional creators had no permanent public record of the positive results and relationships they had built.

Trustfluence was created to solve both problems by becoming the Trustpilot or Clutch for influencer marketing.

What makes your product unique?

Trustfluence's answer:

Trustfluence is the independent reputation layer for influencer marketing. Instead of focusing only on follower counts, reach and engagement, it shows what creators are actually like to work with through verified brand reviews, performance scorecards and Trust Scores. Creators build a portable professional reputation, while brands gain greater confidence before committing campaign budget.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Trustfluence's answer:

Most influencer marketing platforms focus on creator discovery, audience analytics or campaign management. Trustfluence focuses on credibility and accountability.

Brands can review verified collaboration history, assess creator reliability and contact suitable partners directly. Creators can collect reviews from previous clients, strengthen their professional reputation and share their Trustfluence profile in pitches, media kits and brand outreach.

Trustfluence complements analytics platforms by answering a different question: not only “How large is this creator’s audience?” but “Can this creator be trusted to deliver?”

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Trustfluence's answer:

Trustfluence is built for influencers, UGC creators, brands, influencer marketing teams, PR agencies, talent managers and creator agencies.

Creators use the platform to build credibility and prove their professionalism. Brands and agencies use it to research, verify and contact creators before starting a collaboration.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Trustfluence's answer:

Trustfluence is built using Lovable and a modern web application stack, with Supabase providing authentication, database and backend infrastructure. Stripe supports subscription payments, while transactional platform communication is managed through dedicated email infrastructure. AI-assisted features support creator discovery and matching.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Trustfluence's answer:

Trustfluence is currently in its early launch stage and does not yet publish named customer accounts. The platform is being adopted by independent creators, UGC professionals, brands, influencer marketing teams and agencies.
