I'm looking at the WSGI specification and I'm trying to figure out how servers like uWSGI fit into the picture. I understand the point of the WSGI spec is to separate web servers like nginx from web applications like something you'd write using Flask. What I don't understand is what uWSGI is for. I kinda gave up on TVTime a few days ago and went to https://simkl.com. Kinda like it so far. You can import your TVTime stuff (you have to send an email to TVTime but they responded within an hour so don't let that put you down). It's way more up to date and responsive! Source: about 3 years ago
