Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. To be more effective you can schedule your content with tools like ThreadStart, FeedHive, HypeFury. I started using HypeFury but it was expensive I switched to ThreadStart and I am still using it. I am quite satisfied with it, although it has some of its perks. Still, research a little bit and decide for yourself. What suits me doesn't mean will work for you also. Source: about 4 years ago
