Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: about 3 years ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. Otherwise, /usr/bin/python has an interactive mode and bpython is a wrapper around that interactive mode that has like syntax highlighting, indenting, undo, etc. Source: over 4 years ago
Someone posted bpython which I'm pretty ecstatic about but always good to know options. Source: about 5 years ago
Someone else posted this - bpython - which is what I was looking for. Source: about 5 years ago
